Dog License Information

• All dogs (5) months of age by the first of the year are required to have a dog license per the Town Ordinance
• Licenses must be obtained before April 01, 2018. After this date a $5.00 penalty will be charged
• You must show a current proof of rabies vaccination certificate (not the tag) for each dog to be licensed
• 2018 Fees: Altered Dogs: $5    Unaltered Dogs: $10
• Checks should be made payable to the Town of Dover or exact cash please
• 2018 licenses will be available beginning December 1, 2017
• Dog Kennel Licenses are valid through December 31, 2017. An application for a Dog Kennel License can be obtained by clicking on the Community tab of this website, then select Forms & Permits, and finally Multi-Dog License Form OR visit the Town Hall with your rabies certification for each dog and complete the form.  2018 Fees: $90.00 for the first twelve dogs
