FREE FLU VACCINES FOR CHILDREN

Central Racine County Health Department will be offering FREE flu vaccine to children:

Who:   All Children (6 months through 18 years)

When:   November 8, 2018 (2:30 PM – 5:00 PM)

Where:  J.I. Case High School – Cafeteria          7345 Washington Ave Racine, WI 53406

Parking available in North Parking Lot (by Hwy 20).     Use theater door entrance (north side of building) to enter clinic.

Children not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian must have a signed Vaccine Administration Record and a Vaccine Consent for Immunization of Minors form. 

Only injectable form of flu vaccine will be available.
