ORDINANCE REMINDER::
All new residences, commercial structures or other buildings which would otherwise be required to hook up to the Eagle Lake Sewer Utility District shall install an appropriate backwater device, sufficient to prevent or at least reduce the incidence of sewer backups. The requirement to install a backwater device in new construction shall be a prerequisite to obtaining an occupancy permit.

Eagle Lake Sewer Utility District (ELSUD) will be performing visual basement sump pump compliance inspections - set your own hours to visit private homes, with at least one Saturday a month, within the district in the Town of Dover.
