Notice is hereby given that the Town of Dover Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m., on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, in the Dover Town Hall at 4110 South Beaumont Avenue, Kansasville, Wisconsin, on the following Land Use Plan amendment rezone and conditional use permit.  This location is handicap accessible.  If you have special needs, please contact the Dover Town Clerk at (262) 878-2200.

Request Land Use Plan amendment rezone from Agricultural Land, Rural Residential Land to Industrial.  Part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 Section 34, T3N, R20E, Town of Dover, Racine County, WI.  Located on S. Beaumont Ave., and contains .32 acre, more or less.  The purpose of this Land Use Plan amendment and rezone  is for the conversion of farmland to expand existing business.  (Part of PIN 006032034020000)

Request to amend the existing conditional use permit to include the above mentioned rezoned property.
