CERTIFICATE OF SUFFICIENCY

WHEREAS, On June 11, 2018, a petition to recall Chairman Mario Lena was filed with the Town of Dover Clerk; and

WHEREAS, the Recall Petition consists of 50 pages containing 462 signatures; and

WHEREAS, the total number of signatures needed to initiate a recall is 411; and

WHEREAS, a panel of three election inspectors and two town clerks examined the petitions and found that there are 436 valid signatures.

NOW THEREFORE, I declare the petition to recall Chairman Mario Lena is sufficient pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 9.10.
